Our current processing times are shown on the banner at the top of the page. Please check this before placing an order.

All orders are sent tracked, via Royal Mail using the Tracked 24/48 services (24/48 hour is the delivery aim for these services, and is not guaranteed).

Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional postage costs for resending.

Our website is only open to UK customers (not including Northern Ireland). If you're based outside of the UK, feel free to shop via our Etsy shop and they will take care of any duties or taxes that are due.
