Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to return your items.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. We also need your order number/proof of purchase.

Please note, personalised/custom colour option items are not eligible for return.

In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, we ask that you contact us with photo evidence as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please email hello@thefoxandtheking.co.uk to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
